Volunteer Mobilizer

This solution was specifically designed to meet ESAR-VHP guidance document requirements and adjusts as these requirements mature. Volunteer Mobilizer however does MUCH more than just ESAR-VHP. It is a one-stop-shop solution for all volunteer and At-Risk or Special Needs Population-based programs.

Specialized Staffing Services

Global Secure Systems can hire and place jurisdictionally based staff to assist in local, regional and state ESAR-VHP program design, training, outreach, and management. Global Secure Systems has already placed staff specific to this program in select jurisdictions in the U.S.

Training and Exercise Services

Global Secure Systems can assist in the assessment and training on a variety of program and system issues associated with instituting a state-wide ESAR-VHP program that also meets local and regional needs. Global Secure Systems can further assist in the design, execution, facilitation, and evaluation of a variety of exercises that can test newly developed systems, plans and solutions related to managing volunteers including Point of Dispensing (POD) clinic functional exercises, volunteer alerting and mobilizing operations.
